Drawn from almost 50 hectares exclusively on Kimmeridgian soils, Fèvre’s domaine Chablis is arguably the benchmark. As usual, this was bottled just before the 2021 harvest. This is classic Chablis, with oyster shell, sea breeze and iodine notes, beautifully weighted citrus fruit on the mid-palate and a tense, cleansing finish.
