Chateau Sociando-Mallet 2014 is a full-bodied wine with a deep, dark color. Initially somewhat 'virile' when young, this wine gains in balance and complexity with age. It is fresh, straightforward, and has a wonderful length. The wine is vinified traditionally using native yeast and bacteria, with temperature-controlled stainless steel and concrete vats. The vineyard is harvested by hand, ensuring the grapes arrive at the cellar in perfect condition.
