Vinification:
The wine is made traditionally in stainless steel vats and then aged for 12 months in barrels.
Tasting:
Its color is a deep garnet red with amber reflections. Its intense and complex nose offers aromas of red fruits nuanced with cinnamon, leather, and vanilla. Very nice expression of floral, fruity, and woody aromas. Its woodiness is melted and its finish allows the flavors of black fruits and sweet spices to linger for a long time.
Aging:
Pleasant as soon as it is bottled, it deserves to be matured for 2 years and can be kept for at least 10 years.
Accompaniment:
Served at 18C, it is ideal with red meats and soft cheeses. A piece of grilled beef with Grau du Roi anchovy butter.
