Introduction:
Harvested at night, each grape variety is vinified separately.
Tasting:
The nose is marked by Roussanne and Marsaan: a note of praline, white fruits in syrup and acacia honey. The Viognier brings a floral and spicy note.
On the palate, the attack is frank, the wine is balanced with fat and structure. Nice finish, marked by spices and power.
