Introduce:

It is a unique blend of the best terroirs of the Vineyard. Syrah and Grenache are fermented separately in stainless steel vats, then assembled and put in barrels for 12 months of breeding.

Tasting:

The nose is marked by the South: spices, pepper, chocolate, and morello cherry. The  attack is frank. Grenache brings a beautiful volume. The woody accompanies and highlights the power of the wine in the final. Production limited to 3000 bottles.

Aging:

10/15 Years

Accompaniment:

Lamb stw=ew, venison, catcher, or any other meat stewed slowly.
