Tasting note: Natural fermentation combines tones of roasted apples with slight impressions of herbs. Smooth in mouth it shows an impressively balanced sweetness according to its acidity. Food pairing: This wine can also be accompanied by a variety of seafood or as an after-dinner wine, snacks or desserts.
